Yoga Nidra Classes to Ambient Tipper!

New playlists and sequences every week!In these classes, we'll take a sonic journey through the music of Tipper, as we move through a restful and nourishing Yoga Nidra practice (the art of conscious relaxation and yogic sleep)

Each practice will be infused with Tipper's unique soundscapes to guide your mind and body into a deeper state of rest and rejuvenation, and encourage new friendships and connections within both the Denver Tipper and Yoga communities! ✨

What You Can Expect:
✨Guided Yoga Nidra meditation to relieve stress and tension in the mind and body
✨Tipper’s beats and frequencies to enhance the state of your own practice
✨Connection and community, and hopefully walking away with new, like minded friends!

Pricing:
$11.11-$33.33 sliding scale

In-person attendees capped at 10 for Nidra
Unlimited spot for virtual attendees

*I will move to a bigger studio depending on demand, March classes will be used to gauge interest

What to Bring:
✨A yoga mat & blanket (mats will be available for those who do not have one or forget
✨Props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own props or blankets for extra comfort)
✨An open heart and mind
✨Wear comfortable clothes

Info for Virtual Attendees:
Please find a quiet place in your home, where you will be undisturbed, for maximum relaxation and benefits. Yoga Nidra is traditionally done lying comfortably on your back. Try your best to do this practice on the floor on your mat, not on couches or in your bed. Feel free to fold a blanket lengthwise, across your mat to cushion it, a folded blanket under your head (pillows are not recommended, you want your head level or below your heart), and a pillow or bolster under the knees to decompress your lower back, and a blanket to cover yourself. Add whatever else you need to be as comfortable as possible, so you can fully drop in and embrace stillness :)
